Who we are
Silver Spoon Events (“we”, “us”) is a private chef and catering company based at 1300 NE 125th St, North Miami, FL 33161, United States. You can reach us at paul@silverspoonevents.com or 305-389-3009.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our website form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the type of experience, your guest count and anything you write about your event. Messages you send through the chat assistant on our website, and any contact details you add there, reach us the same way.
Website form and chat submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify (Netlify Forms), and delivered to us by email. We also receive whatever you share when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
We use this information only to reply to you, prepare your proposal, plan and deliver your event, and keep normal business records.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed, the type of device, approximate location, how visitors found us, and actions such as sending an inquiry or tapping our phone, email or WhatsApp links.
Google Analytics only loads if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again; you can change it at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. You can also use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on all websites.
Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not currently use advertising pixels or remarketing tags. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Links to other services
Our website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google reviews. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and email, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and event information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver your event and maintain our business records. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing paul@silverspoonevents.com. You can decline analytics cookies at any time as described above.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
